Stuart Rogers
Director and President
Stuart Rogers has been involved in the venture capital community since 1987. He is the founder and President of West Oak Capital Group, a privately held investment banking firm specializing in the early stage financing of resource and technology projects through the junior capital markets in Canada and the United States. He has served as a director and officer of client companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Small Capital Market.
In 2007, Mr. Rogers co-founded Terrax Minerals Inc. (now Gold Terra Resource Corp.) along with Joseph Campbell and served as a Director until August 2022. He currently serves as the President of Elysee Development Corp.
Joseph Campbell, P. Geo
Director
Joseph Campbell is a professional geologist with over 36 years of experience in exploration and mining, including roles as Exploration Manager, Mine Manager and Chief Mine Geologist of various gold and base metal mines, and as Project Manager for advanced mine development projects, both open pit and underground. Much of his career has been with major mining companies, specifically Noranda and Western Mining Corporation. In 2007 he co-founded Terrax Minerals Inc. (now Gold Terra Resource Corp. (TSX.V:YGT)) a gold exploration company focused on expanding and delineating gold resources at its Yellowknife City Gold Project, on the doorstep of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories.
Highlights of Mr. Campbell's career include the discovery of the Meliadine gold project in Nunavut while Project Manager from discovery through to pre-feasibility. In 2008, Mr. Campbell completed a pre-feasibility level scoping study on Meliadine for Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. ("AEM") in conjunction with AEM engineers in Val D'Or, Quebec. In 2010, AEM completed the acquisition of the Meliadene project for just under $700 million in cash and shares. The Meliadine mine achieved commercial production in May 2019 and it is now ranked as one of Agnico Eagle's largest projects, with reserves of 4.1 Moz of gold as of December 2019.
Jim Greig
Director
Mr. Greig brings +25 years of experience in advancing and developing mineral exploration projects into production scenarios. He currently serves as CEO at Lannister Mining (NYSE listing pending) and was a founding member, President and Director at Thesis Gold (formerly Benchmark Metals), advancing a 5-million-ounce gold-silver project in B.C., Canada. In addition, he was a key member of the mine development team that advanced the 5-million-ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa. Jim brings comprehensive experience in mineral exploration, development, and production.
