Stuart Rogers

President & Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Rogers has been involved in the venture capital community since 1987. He is the founder and President of West Oak Capital Group, a privately held investment banking firm specializing in the early stage financing of resource and technology projects through the junior capital markets in Canada and the United States. He has served as a director of client companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Small Capital Market.

In 2007, Mr. Rogers co-founded Terrax Minerals Inc. (now Gold Terra Resource Corp.) along with Joseph Campbell and served in various management roles and as a Director until August 2022. Mr. Rogers currently serves as the President of Elysee Development Corp. (TSX.V:ELC), an investment issuer with a focus on the junior mining sector.

Gordon Steblin, B.Comm, CPA, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Gordon Steblin obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1983 from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and became a Certified General Accountant in 1985. Mr. Steblin has over 25 years of financial experience in the junior mining/exploration sector. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Elysee Development Corp. and Freegold Ventures Ltd. (TSX: FVL).
